Customer Success Manager

Brief Description:

iBoson is the fastest-growing technology company in augmented reality and computer vision technologies. We are looking for a highly skilled customer success manager for one of our SaaS products, UniteAR. They act as the coach of the customer relationship leveraging the full power of our AR SaaS platform UniteAR. The role will work together with Sales and Solution Engineering teams to engage with customers, starting pre-sales, focusing on customer retention, and bringing best practices to the customer to set them up for success


Pre-Sales Post-Sales, during Implementation Post Implementation & go-live

Align with the account team in the pre-sales phase for a new and existing customer to understand the business case & value prop, also ensuring post-sales support.

Guide the customers - Product coaching in post-sale and consulting in pre-sale.

The primary KPIs for a CSM are ‘Customer Satisfaction’; ‘Revenue Retention’, ‘Platform Adoption’, and ‘Account Growth’.

They are responsible to ensure that the customer fully utilizes our product features and benefits to the maximum business value possible.

Produce regular issue status reports, and monthly and quarterly activity reports for the Leadership Team.

Help customers onboard seamlessly in UniteAR with complete process compliance.

Good at understanding product feedback from customers and working with the product team for evaluation and action.

Preferred Skills:

Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

A customer-oriented attitude that drives results and achieves high levels of customer satisfaction.

Strong verbal and written communication


Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Tech products/ SaaS /Cloud products in any customer-facing roles or sales.

Experience in dealing with international customers is mandatory. (The USA or Europe Region)

Graduate in Engineering, or MBA is more preferred

Must be willing to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
